	Meeting registration and payment is made on-line. We are using the services of Acteva, so your personal information will be confidential and secure. Payment may be made via credit card, check, or purchase order

	Cancellation Policy


	The deadline of requesting full refunds (minus a service charge) has been extended to to June 13, 2010. Registered delegates should process their refund request through Acteva and send an email to Howard Freund to alert him of the request.
