Abstracts must be submitted as a Word document using the conference format.

Please fill out the form below for the corresponding author.  Please indicate the who will be the presenter if different from the corresponding author.

Oral presentations are closed.  Abstracts will be considered only for a Poster presentation

You may submit multiple abstracts for consideration as an oral presentation.  Each will be judged on its own merits by the Technical Committee; however, the Committee will consider limiting the number of oral presentations given by a single registered attendee to assure institutional diversity.  Submissions not selected for oral presentations will be considered as posters.  Please fill out the submission form completely for each submitted abstract.

The file name for the uploaded abstract should be “last name of the first author”.doc

The website will not automatically acknowledge that your abstract has been  submitted correctly

The corresponding author will receive email confirmation that your abstract was received within 24 hours of submission.  If you do not receive this confirmation send an email clifford.c.walters@exxonmobil.com to notify us of a potential problem.
